Probability of a COMPOUND EVENT

Good Evening Girls and Boys,
We have learned about Simple Events from lesson 1, but today we are working on Compound Events!  And just what you would think, a Compound Event consists of at least 2 events !  Another vocabulary word for this lesson is Sample Space.  This is a list of All outcomes for the event.  And the third and last vocabulary for this lesson is Tree Diagram. A tree diagram is a way to organize the Sample Event!
This little kittie is Jin and she belongs to Alex.  I think she is going to do some vacuuming!

Homework: Read the blog, watch the videos and take notes in the Graphic Organizer (GO) - plus write down the vocabulary terms in your GO.
As always in MATH,
Mrs M
