Probability Lesson 2

Good Evening Girls and Boys,
We still have not sent out your laptops, so we will continue watching these in class.  As always, probability is a language and you must understand the vocabulary.  And if you do so, the math is so much more understandable.
Our 3 vocabulary terms this lesson are ; Theoretical Probability  Experimental Probability and Uniform Probability Model.
Theoretical Probability is what should happen when you do the Experimental Probability and this should be  random( equally likely to happen ).  Experimental Probability is when you actually DO the experiment.  When you do experiment, if you do not do the experiment long enough, the outcomes may not be random - ( Uniform Probability Model = Random ). So if you do the experiment long enough, the theoretical and experimental probabilities SHOULD equal!

Meet Bergy!  This is Bella's precious little puppy. He is a two year old baby!
Please submit your photos that you would like to share.

Homework: Read the blog, take notes in your graphic organizer and write down the vocabulary terms.

As always in math,
Mrs M
